3. Mentoring Program Applications
3.1. Submitting an application through the website's form does not, by itself, constitute any contractual relationship nor guarantee acceptance into the program.
3.2. João Costa Fernandes reserves the right to accept or reject any application, without obligation to justify, based on the suitability of the candidate's profile for the program in question.
3.3. If accepted, the specific conditions of the program (including duration, investment and format) will be communicated and agreed directly between the parties before the work begins.
3.4. The contractual mentoring relationship only begins after mutual confirmation and payment of the agreed conditions.
4. Corporate Training
4.1. Information requests submitted through the corporate contact form do not constitute a binding proposal from either party.
4.2. The conditions of each training program (scope, duration, format, investment and cancellation conditions) are defined in a formal proposal sent after initial contact.
4.3. The training services contract is only considered concluded after written acceptance of the proposal by both parties.
5. Book Purchases
5.1. Book purchases are processed entirely through the Hotmart platform (www.hotmart.com), an independent third-party entity.
5.2. João Costa Fernandes does not process payments directly on the website. By clicking "Buy", the user is redirected to the Hotmart platform, becoming subject to its terms and conditions and privacy policy.
5.3. Questions related to payments, refunds, invoicing and digital delivery should be directed to Hotmart support, without prejudice to contacting geral@joaocostafernandes.com for questions about the content of the books.
6. Newsletter
6.1. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and requires the user's explicit consent.
