Why I do this
I'm not a professional mentor. That's exactly why this works.
I don't make a living from mentoring. I make a living running an AI company with people across 11 countries who count on me every day for hard decisions.
I do this because, when I started, I needed someone like me and couldn't find them. I found certified coaches, consultants with pretty slides and LinkedIn gurus. None had paid a salary on day 30. None had fired someone face to face. None had lost a client over their own mistake.
What I share isn't theory or motivation. It's frameworks I'm using this week, in my own company, to decide faster and adapt the business to what's coming. I mentor only a few people at a time, with accountability on both sides.
