I'm a CEO, not an entertainer. I'm not here to deliver motivational quotes or polite slides so the team leaves smiling and shows up the same on Monday.
What I bring to your team are the tools and working practices I use every day with high-performance teams in an AI company operating across 11 countries. Things that work in the real world, not in books.
I will demand that people are awake and committed. I'll shake the waters, create healthy pressure and touch the uncomfortable topics that are usually swept under the rug. Without that, there's no transformation - only another workshop.
Building high-performance teams is hard. But it is mandatory. You can't have people operating with the methods and mindset of ten years ago against today's markets and technologies. Whoever doesn't update the way they work will be left behind, inside and outside the company.
Don't expect motivational talks. Expect sessions where people sweat, sigh and walk out with concrete things they can use the next day - with commitment and rigour. That's how you train people who actually take it seriously.
