I'm CEO of DocDigitizer, an AI company that operates in 11 countries and surpassed €1M in annual revenue. Recognised by Gartner and Forrester as one of the most innovative in the world in intelligent document processing.

I've been EU Commission AI Advisor since 2016. I wrote 3 books on leadership and business: A Fórmula do Empreendedor Livre, O Caminho do Líder Superior, and The Invisible Architecture.

Before being a CEO, I was a programmer. I studied Computer Engineering at IST, where I learned to think in systems, logic and architecture - a technical foundation that still shapes how I make business decisions today. Later I finished The Lisbon MBA (Católica + Nova SBE) and got professional coaching certification. Before DocDigitizer I was CEO of NewHotel Software, and I worked at Microsoft and did an internship at the European Commission.

I created the A Tua Melhor Versão podcast (44+ episodes, 3 seasons) and co-founded Leadership Boost with Sílvia Pereira (1500+ leaders in the community, 300+ alumni from the in-person immersion).

I don't mentor because I have a passion for helping people. I do it because when I started leading companies, I needed someone to tell me the truth without sugarcoating it. Someone who had been where I was and could say: what you're doing doesn't work, and I know why. That person didn't exist. So I decided to be that person for others.

Outside of work I'm a singer, a traveller, and someone who believes life is too short to do things halfway.
